At Erie Custom Signs, getting the custom interior signs you need is simple. We apply a 3-step process that streamlines your order while ensuring you’re involved from start to finish.  

• Fill out the quote sign order form or email our sales team at sales@eriecustomsigns.com with specifications for your project. The more detail you provide, the better! 
• Your email will be put into the sales queue, where our sales team will review all information submitted and get you a complete quote. 
• Once you have thoroughly reviewed and approved your sign quote, which you’ll receive via email, the order will move on to STEP 2.

When you provide specifications for your sign project, you can look forward to receiving an accurate estimate, a quick turnaround, and a finished product that exceeds your expectations.

That’s why, to get the custom signs you’re envisioning, we encourage you to work with our team on the following needs for your project…

• Dimensions
• Material thickness
• Quantity of each sign type
• Substrate/text color
• Paint color (Note: We can match all Matthews, Benjamin Moore, and Sherwin Williams paint colors. However, there is a $75 matching fee for unknown colors.)
• Vector files (Note: Please submit files in .AI, .EPS, or .PDF format. Additionally, we ask that you include any specific colors if needed [PMS, RGB, or CMYK]. Low-resolution raster files may be subject to extra fees due to redrawing.)
• Designs (If you have initial designs by an architect or graphic designer, please submit them.)
• In-hand dates (Note: Please include any in-hand dates/installation dates. Rush fees may be applied depending on quantity and current production levels.)

TIP: To streamline this step further, you can opt for one of our predesigned, ADA-compliant interior sign packages. Just select the sign family you’re interested in from the drop-down menu on our quote form.

• After we’ve received confirmation that you have approved the quote provided, the order will then be moved into the graphics queue. 
• Our skilled graphics team will create digital proofs of ALL the custom signs requested in your order and send them to you via email for review. 
• Once you’ve approved all of your proofs and made a down payment (or specified agreement), the order will then move on to STEP 3.

• The graphics team will then get your order set up for production and send it to the “floor,” where the production team will take over. 
• Our meticulous production team will follow your exact specifications to fabricate your custom signs, making sure no detail is left behind. 
• All of your signs will be securely packaged in shipping. Once payment is made in full, then off they will go! They’ll be all ready to install!
